Kung Fu Panda, Beards and Shadows...oh my
I took my son to see Kung Fu Panda tonight. he saw it last week with his dad already but I wanted to see it and he certainly didn't object when I asked him about seeing it again. It was pretty funny actually. Several parts had me cracking up. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the mood for some laughter.
The only thing that was annoying was the stupid teens/young adults watching it. A group of about 14-15 friends came in and they were throwing popcorn, talking throughout the movie and text messaging/answering their phones during it. Seriously, if you attend the movies to chat and goof off with your friends, go do that OUTSIDE of the fricken movie. I once told off some guy during Rush Hour 2 who was talking in a normal voice volume to his friend in the movie. I was pregnant at the time and just waited over an hour in a line outside so I was not in the mood to have my movie ruined by some jackass.
I'm excited for my weigh in tomorrow! I'm hoping for a 3 pound loss. I kicked up my workouts by doing 2 more cardio workouts this week than normal and a few nights this week I was on the lower end of my calorie count. We shall see what the scale has to say about those changes.
Oh, I am exchanging messages with a guy named Dan on myspace. He seems nice, the only thing is he is a beardo. I HATE facial hair. I am forever traumatized by the pubic-hair beard from Jackass 2 the movie. Jackass has completely turned me off from facial hair now and I am not sure if I could ever accept it. I just appreciate a nicely shaved face!
Speaking of faces. I also tried this look tonight (only the evening version) and absolutely loved it.
